Joseph Borowski is one of the pioneers of the Polish property market with 35 years’ experience as both an advisor and investor. Originally from Canada, he started his adventure in Poland with Price Waterhouse in 1990 and opened the Knight Frank office in 1998. He grew the business to 160 professionals and left the partnership in 2023. Joseph has a substantial transactions’ track record, including organizing private club deals for a broad range of property developments.
The team is led day-to-day by Piotr Borowski. Piotr has 10 years’ experience on the Polish property market, as a successful office tenant representative broker, team leader and land acquisitions’ broker. He oversees all data center land acquisitions for Lindy Capital. Piotr completed his Masters’ degree at Cambridge University in the UK.
