We have been active in the data center sector for over five years, recognizing it as one of the most forward-looking industries of the future.

In the visualization, we can see the Front of House (FOH) section – an office and operational module designed to manage the entire data center. The FOH is a three-story structure that includes office space, sanitary facilities, a maintenance workshop, freight and personnel elevators, security rooms, and systems overseeing the operation of the server rooms.

In the cross-section, the server area (white space) comprises two floors of data halls, while the rooftop houses chillers and supporting mechanical installations. The data halls accommodate the servers, liquid cooling systems (CDU), air cooling systems (CRAC), low-voltage busbars, and fiber-optic distribution.
