Lindy Capital is a family office that invests in investment projects such as office and warehouse developments, as well as other commercial real estate assets. Lindy Capital provides opportunities for external investors to allocate their capital in Lindy Capital’s investments (“Service”).

What information do we collect?
We collect the following data about you:
• Identifying data: first and last name, company name
• Contact data: email address.

How do we use your information?
Your Data is collected for the following purposes and on the following legal basis: • for the proper functioning of the website (Article 6(1) point b)
• for analytical and statistical purposes in order to improve the functioning of the website (Article 6(1) point f);
• if you contact us by message, also to process and respond to your message (Article 6(1) point f).
• The data provided to the Administrator during the subscription to the newsletter is used for the purpose of sending the newsletter, and the legal basis for its processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) given during the subscription process. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter. The data will be processed until the consent for its processing is withdrawn.
• Promotion or advertising of the activities conducted by the Administrator (provided that the you have given us your consent), which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The legal basis for processing is: Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(f). The data will be processed until the consent for its processing is withdrawn.
How long do we store your information?
Data collected by means of cookies. We store Users’ personal data contained in cookies for a period of time corresponding to the life cycle of the cookies stored on their devices. Details of how we use cookies can be found in our Cookies Policy.
Your data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing for which it was collected and for the period required by generally applicable legal regulations. Personal data processed based on your consent will be stored until such consent is withdrawn.

Rights in connection with the processing of your Personal Data
If you wish to exercise your rights, you can make a request via the contact form. Time for fulfilment of requests
In the event that you exercise the above-mentioned rights and make a certain request to us, we will fulfil the request (or refuse to fulfil the request, if necessary) immediately, but no later than within one month of receiving the request. If the request is complex or there are multiple such requests, and we are unable to fulfil it within one month, we undertake to fulfil it within two consecutive months, informing you in advance of the extension of this period.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your Personal Data that you have given when using our Services and functionalities. Withdrawal of consent has effect from the moment of withdrawal and does not affect processing carried out by us prior to withdrawal.

• receive from us a file with your Personal Data which you can send to a Personal Data controller of your choice, or
• request that we transfer your Personal Data directly to the controller of your choice, subject to technical feasibility.
Your Personal Data will be provided to you in a commonly used, machine-readable file format that allows you to transfer your Personal Data to another Personal Data controller.

How do we protect your data?
We maintain appropriate technical, physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect Personal data from unauthorised access. We adhere to generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data transmitted to us, both during transmission and once received. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet (including by e-mail) is not completely secure. Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to protect Personal Data, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any Personal Data transmitted to us and you do so at your own risk. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Information about automated decision-making, including profiling
Personal data is not subject to profiling, which results in decisions based solely on automated processing. We may target visitors to our Websites with personalised advertising, nevertheless these actions will not have any legal effect on these individuals. By this is meant that, within the Service and tracking technologies, data may be profiled, which helps to better personalise the offer that Lindy Capital directs to its audience.
